Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a social account

Sign in, open Connections and disconnect the platform. SI Social will stop creating new publishing jobs for that connection. You may also remove SI Social from the connected platform’s business integrations.

Request account deletion

Send a deletion request through SI Social support from the email associated with the account. Include the business name and state that you are requesting deletion. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment information.

What happens next

SI Social will verify authority, disable access and remove eligible customer content, connection references and profile records. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security and legal records may be retained when required.

Expected timing

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
