SI Social is operated by SI Technologies, LLC. This policy explains how the service handles information used to create, approve, schedule and measure social content.

Information we handle

Account details such as name, business email and authentication records.
Business profile, brand rules, content instructions, uploaded assets and team permissions.
Authorized social-account identifiers, permission scopes and publishing results.
Subscription, usage, support, security and audit records.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested service, secure customer workspaces, prepare and publish approved content, operate billing, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. SI Social does not require customers to share social-media passwords.

Connected platforms and AI providers

When a customer authorizes a platform, SI Social receives only approved business permissions. Content may be processed by configured AI providers to perform requested generation or analysis.

Security and retention

Customer records are separated by organization permissions. Provider credentials are kept in protected server-side storage, and significant activity is recorded for accountability.

Your choices

Customers may disconnect platforms, pause publishing, correct business information, request an export or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
